li hang

Li Hang passed in round 2 no other than the finalist of China Open, Gary Wilson, having an almost perfect second session turning around the match from 3-6 to win it 10-7. In the first round he trashed Melling, not the weakest player from circuit but one that will need to qualify next summer to play again in the non invitational tournaments, by 10 frames to 1.

Stuart Carrington managed to win against an experienced player like Peter Ebdon which is known as using a vast tactical side of the game. However the first session of the match was decisive, as being led by 1-8, Ebdon found the strength to push the game only to 7-10.

A month ago, the two players meet each other in Mumbai, at Indian Open, Li Hang achieving an easy win, 4-1, Carrington wining the only frame by a virtue of a clearance which totalized 138 points.
H2H: 1-1
Prediction: Li Hang to advance.
